I work 1:1 with clients with a diverse range of conditions and health goals to support them back to good health.
Every initial consultation is at least 60 min long to be able to go through the client’s health concerns, signs and symptoms thoroughly. We go through every system of the body from their birth up to the present to be able to recognise the main cause(s) of their issues. We than create an individual nutrition plan and lifestyle recommendations based on the client’s own needs (food choices, shopping habit, budget, free time, religion…etc). We follow a science-based approach to achieve optimal health and regain balance.
